Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of an order is only allowed within one day after placing the order.
• To cancel an order, please email us at customercare@zufi.in or call/WhatsApp us at +91 8448449323.
• If the order is prepaid, the refund will be initiated after the cancellation of the order has been confirmed.
• Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after the one-day window has passed, whether the product has been shipped or not.
