Store your jewelry individually and avoid exposing them to liquid and cosmetics. Extreme heat and humidity might cause gold plated jewelry to tarnish, keep your pieces in a dark, cool and dry place to avoid this.

 

Our best advice would be: wear your pair often (this helps lessen oxidation), and keep them in your Penny Pairs pouch when not in use.

Payment & Shipping

It takes us typically one to two days to ready your package and hand it over to our trusted courier company. This can vary based on what products you have purchased. There is no shipping on Sundays or public holidays and the products will be shipped on the next working day.

Yes, you can track your shipment online. As soon as the product is dispatched from our office, you shall receive the tracking ID and instructions to guide you.

There are no hidden costs. Any additional costs of special packaging etc. will be communicated to you at the time of order being placed.
